Brussels says "no to no"

The EU is learning a few tricks from cuba. Give the people their vote but make sure they can only vote the "right" way. In Cuba you have a vote and are free to use it but the only options on the ballot paper are members of the communist party. So now in the EU if you tick the wrong box your choice is either overturned in parliament a la France & Holland or you are told to vote again. I hope we can hold firm and collapse our own government in october (a second rejection would surely do that) . This will ensure that any new govt will be looking over their shoulders when heading off to brussels.
